Pioneer DVR-810H-S - DVD recorder / HDD recorder

Would anyone know if it is possible to get this unit within the UK. If not would anyone know if an imported unit would work OK?

Has anyone even got one of these? Its a DVD writer with a Tivo built in. Capable of playing mp3, and other stuff to.
