OK just got the DVR 720H.

    First impressions are good.

Couple of quickies on this device:-

    1. I recorded a video direct to -r DVD disc. Finalised it.

    2. Tried playing it in another DVD player which just 'froze' - however it did playback on one of my PC's.

    3. How do I set 'Auto-play' on a DVD recorded on the DVR 720? I want it to auto start playing as soon as the viewer loads it?

    4. Is it possible to add customized menu background images on the 720? I don't like the ones that are installed already.

    5. Has anyone else found compatibility issues with DVD discs recorded on the 720?

    6. Is there a way of 'adding' some script or instruction to the disc that the 720 makes so that in any player it will auto-play on insertion?

There's little point in me creating 'Master' DVD discs on the 720 if the resultant disc will only playback on the 720 machine.

    thanks for your indulgence.
