Pioneer DVR-560HX + MPEG-4 = ???

Boxer (Swedish Tv-company) are going to change their broadcast to MPEG-4 and I have the service via the built in CA-Module port.

Now, will it work after their update or am I forced to buy a new box to connect to the DVR -> TV?

There are CA modules which transcode MPEG-4 to MPEG-2, they may support current receivers through this unless they are switching to DVB-T2.
From what I remember they are staying with DVB-T though.
[Edit] This switchover means the SD channels will take 50-60 percent less bandwidth by the way.
