    Hi,

Can someone help me on this issue that I've noticed with the Pioneer DVR-220 recorder?

When its on standby, output is RGB.

When its powered on, output is either S-Video/Composite (Dont know which)

When playing chaseback or any DVD, output RGB

I just noticed it from the TV OSD.

How do I make the output RGB when its powered up or is that a limitation?

    Thanks,

Switch it to 'DVD Mode' using the remote and it will output RGB again.

(Spent a good long time fighting to work that out myself today...)

Was thinking of getting one of these - Do you have to press 'DVD mode' every time you switch on, or does it remember?
    Thanx, Azzo
