I was reading through what video and widescreen tv the the other day where it stated that there's a Pioneer deck coming out in Dec in the UK with a 250GB HDD and HDMI ouptuts. Does anyone know anything more about this product. Any links to info on the web? :)

I read about a 500GB HDD/DVD model out in Japan. Can't remember the manufacturer's name though. Also that 500GBytes was about the limit for a HDD. On the site for the holographic disc.

That is the Sony CSEX11 HDD recorder (it has dual 250GB drives) but doesn't have a DVDR attached to it although it does have an Ethernet port which enables you to pass video to the PC for authoring. No plans for a UK release for that I'm afraid.
