    Hello!

I just got a pioneer dv585a player and a 32pf9986 tv. The player is a progressive scan one through the component output. The TV accepts progressive scan only through DVI input. I don't know how to hook the player to the tv to enjoy the progressive scan. I searched the forums but it seems to me I didn't find any aswer. I only know I will need a converter (component to DVI? VGA to DVI?) and a component cable (or a component-DVI?). I live in Italy and I don't know where to buy the cables and all the stuff I'd need.

    Thank you.

    Sal
