My Pioneer DV575a has a problem, if a DVD is paused just prior to a chapter change (about 10 secs) & left so that the screen saver activates, when I resume the playback there is a distinct sound dropout/loss at the point of the chapter change. This is using the optical out & occurs on both DD & DTS - I haven't tried using just stereo phono yet.

Can anyone with a DV575 check this on their machines before I contact Pioneer.

    Thanks.

NX3 - Just the standard one - I didn't need the DiVX update.

The latest firmware from Pioneer is 2.09. Pioneer have not published a complete list of fixes and as per other posting on this forum for some people it has fixed non-divx related issues. Thus imo it would be worth checking what version firmware you have and updating to the latest version if you do not already have it. To get the firmware version of your player you need to highlight the word 'Options' in the set-up menu, then press display on your remote control"
