I received my new 575A today, 1st impressions? not great. Compared to the
Panny S75 I have been using for the last year, the 575 offers no improvement
in pic or sound quality, which is disapointing after all that has been written recently about this player.

I am using it with a Tosh 32ZD36P via component, the picture quality is obviously a lot better when playing R1 discs with the players settings on prog, but it is still not better than the Panny. Can anyone recommend the
optimum pic/sound settings for the 575 to maybe improve things.

To be fair about it, I thought the same about the Panny when I 1st started using that, it was only after using it for about a fortnight that the pic quality
started to improve, so maybe I need to allow for the 575 to burn-in.

    Feedback wellcome
