Pioneer DV-575A anyone know if it will play 3ivx files

    as above.? if i buy this player will i see any differents in picture quality
    from a £30 pound skyworth which i have and is ok for £30 .should i take the skyworth back and get pioneer dv-575 is it worth the extra £85.?also looked at Philips DVP 630.?

    no one tried 3ivx files then.?

    Know anywhere I can get a small 3ivx sample? I can try for U.

    The Skyworth and the 575 both use the mediatek chip. The Pioneer version is approved by Divx and the version in Skyworth is not. How different are the two chips ? About 99% the same if you read about the forums. The 575 does CD Audio etc whereas the Skyworth won't.
