I've put my Pioneer DEH-3500 DC player into my recently bought Peugeot 406. I understand that the wheel remote stick in the 406 can be used to control the pioneer by purchasing an adapter from pioneer. It's £30 though, seems a bit steep so I wondered if anyone has a wiring plan or knows if/how this can be done by myself. any info much appreciated.

    thanks,

£30 sounds cheap for an adapter.
Pioneer adapter's used to cost £50-70 dependent on the model of the car.
There a no wiring solutions unless they have changed as the Pioneer system converts the car's system to a remote control. There for requires a headunit that can accept a remote.
