    Hi

    I little off-topic but interesting:

The Pioneer A07 PC Writer specs seem to have been leaked.

According to these leaked documents the drive will support reading DVD-RAM, as well as the not too surprising read/write support to 4x DVD-RW/+RW and up to 8x DVD-R/+R.

So Pioneer are accepting DVD-RAM as important. What's to bet the drive also supports writing DVD-RAM but has this disabled in the firmware?

    Regards

Sorry - didn't see this thread until I posted in one above - this drive is shipping with a VRO to Video conversion ultility which will make it popular with DVD-RW and DVD-RAM users alike as it (should) allow a simple one button conversion to DVD-Video (with the option to buffer to the HDD and burn to DVD-R or 'make compatibile' for DVD-RW).
