I called my local Richer Sounds store to see if they had any a few weeks ago. They didn't but could do a check on the stocks in the warehouse where several were available so they ordered one in for me (came in the next week)

Richer Sounds in Stockport has them in stock. I picked up a replacement this afternoon. My 656 stopped playing an svcd last night, would only recognise a vcd as a cd. Phoned RS, said no problem bring it back and exchanged on the spot. What superb service. No hassle, no returns forms, no endless phone calls, just a smile and a thank you sir. Makes buying something a pleasure and not a feeling of despair. Just wish they had a VSX2011 in stock.
