I have a Panny HS2 (not progressive scan) with its rgb out going into a JS Technology rgb/vga converter. The vga signal goes via a bettercable silver serpent lead into the Panny pw7 hard wired pc input.

Would the Pio 575, with its component out going via a QED lead & into my panny component input, provide a better pq than my current set up?

As 90% of my viewing is sky+ not DVD, if the pq is better, is it enough to justify the pio & cable upgrade cost?

Finally, is it worth going for the QED cable (@ circa £115) or stick with my current £40 tech link interconnect cable?

    Thanks for your help.
