    Hi,

Has anyone had ant experience of running the new pio 575a/470 into their Sim2?

I ask as I am thinking of replacing the panny s75 I currently am running into my pj as it does not do pal progressive.

Would love to upgrade to Domino with hdmi but costs etc.....

i used to run a Toshiba 210sde into my Sim2 DMF when i got it. Mostly the picture was fine - though skys looked pretty horrid even with the projectors progressive scan; but that was also many firmware revisions ago on my Sim2. My Toshiba was out classed though by my DV88+p and HTPC.

I'm not sure what the pio 575a is like - but just remember that it all starts at the source...and if the source isn't up to it then the picture (and sound) will suffer. Still, as long as the progressive scan in the pio is ok things will be fine for 6 months or so.

    all this imo. :)
