I am in the market for a new DVD player.

Have been looking at the above two models, is there much difference between the two other than the Pioneer being DVD Audio and SACD compatible?

Is there much to choose between the two as far CD playback is concerned?

I don't know a great deal about DVD Audio or SACD, is there much music out there in this format?

    Thanks for any advice!

the 565 will be an obvious choice. it is so much better than the tosh 330 in almost all aspects. the 565 is a better cd player because it uses burr-brown audio dac (correct me if im wrong). also 5.1ch out is a plus.
