    ok this is my setup:

    • Samsung LE26R41BDX HD Freeview TV

    • Pioneer H530 DVD Recorder

    • Pioneer VSXC402S A/V Receiver

    • Gale 3030 Floor Standing Speakers

now i didn't really think about this but it seems i can't record the digital freeview channels through a nice guideplus+ kinda way (as in click on the programs on e4 or whatever so the recorder will switch on and whack things on the hdd for me)

do i need to buy a seperate freeview tuner that supports G-Link or summat like that? i really am lost now :(

Can you record manually from the built-in Freeview on the Samsung IDTV to the Pioneer ?
