pioneer 436sxe frame rate

hi guys,

i have a pio 436sxe, when using my xbox360 i notcie that sometimes i have frame rate issues. notice a slight tear. i have my 360 set to 720. is there any setting i need to change on the tv to make it 720 as well. i am using input 2 for my 360...
