Just got digital tv (belgium, not hd but dvd-like quality) and started setting some options differently from cable. One thing that's still unclear to me, is the 75hz/100hz option. What exactly is the difference? What should I use for digital tv (coming into tv through RGB scart, best option available here in belgium).

    This is a great question.

I've wondered this too. I tested on a few sources flipping beteen the two and came to the conclusion that 100Hz always seemed just that slightest bit more 'solid'.

But interested to hear other opinions.
