Does anybody know anything about the new 434mxe, I've noticed that the price of the 433 has been slashed so it can't be far away.

April. Not much change in spec, but then not much is needed. A bit more contrast would be nice.

Will the design be different from the current 504 and 434HDEs?

    Any hint about the price?

Price is likely to be slightly lower than the 'real' current mxe price, appearance will not be black glass, it's meant to be a commercial product.

April's not too long to wait, although I'm tempted by the £800 saving on the 433. Have any specs or pictures been published yet?

Not that I know of. The 433 is very good value at the moment, if the £800 is more important that the latest model number, go for it. Get an iscan HD with the difference, or nearly, and your video system will be very serious indeed.

That sounds really good as i don't like the current black design of the HDE models.

    Hello all

    See http://www.pioneer.co.jp/press/release132.html

These will be known as the 50MXE-1 and 43MXE-1 in the UK.

Still to digest this info and see if it matches up to what we already have - I'm sure there will be plenty of questions :)

    Best regards

    Joe

So bye bye 5002 card? And moving DVI input to the screen, away from the card. And I don't see anything about HDCP, which tallies with info from Pioneer technical.
