    Hi All,

I’ve got a Pioneer 434-HDE, and was just about to buy a Samsung 935 when I read about a possible judder problem at 720p (PAL). I’ve read a load of threads and my head is spinning. I’m very sensitive to judder, so keeping this really simple (basically down to an either/or choice) …..

    1. Can the 434 plasma accept 720p signals at 50Hz ?

If the answer is “Yes”, then surely I should wait for a cheap DVD player to arrive that will output 720p at 50Hz ? Though, if my limited understanding is correct, any such player would be outputting that on HDMI, not DVI ???

    2. The Pioneer 434 will not accept 720p signals at 50Hz, so I’m stuffed anyway and might aswell buy the Samsung ?

I wonder if anyone can help me please on this ?

    Regards

    Jules
