Have got a quote for the warranty upgrade for and extra 2yrs

Price is £329 for warranty cover but ontop of this is a £100 inspection charge:eek:

I can understand the point of the inspection charge, but not the cost. How long does it take them, what on earth do they do for that amount.

The plasma has about 1500hrs or so, possibly more (not checked for a while)

anyone have a contact no. for BITS?

    cheers
    Gary

Does anyone have any stats/info/comment on failure rates of plasmas over x years to gauge the risk?
