Pio 506 XDE great price at Ideal Home Show

Just thought I would let those looking at buying that the Ideal Home Show has an impressive Pio stand, and the 506XDE with stand or wall mount is selling at the show for £3100 inc vat.. Thats cheaps than I have seen anywhere else.

I asked about the next model (forgot the name), but he said it would be around 5k and available in july.

Did they have any deals on amps anywhere? (I know there are normally some deals on Harman Kardon stuff).

I really only looked at the 506 xde. There was other pio stuff there including all the 436 models(r/s/f/x) and there was another section that probably had pio amps etc there.

The Harmon Karmon display was there all right.. you can't miss it!!!! Didn't go in, but did walk past it.

I am back there next week, so if anybody wants me to get info, more than happy to for you...

PS. The show goes for about 6 weeks i think at Earls Court.

Now this is a good question, The Pioneer stand cirtainly looked like it was hosted by Pioneer UK Ltd and that is who is listed in the official show guide. The LG stand is listed in the guide as LG but I remember the stand having 'Ask' written everywhere giving the impression they(Ask Electronics) were hosting the stand. Now having checked on the Ask web site thay are claiming to be responsible for both LG & Pioneer stands at the show. Didnt recall seeing their name on the Pioneer stand though.

I am 90% sure that it was an ASK logo on the shirt of the guy I spoke to... Will update after my trip there later this week.

It's definitely something to do with ASK as it's mentioned on the front page of their site.
