Well it looks as though my 503MXE has bit the dust due to water damage so I'm going to need a replacement. Thing is, it seems that the 503 mxe is a bit thin on the ground, so what is the replacement like in comparison?
Does it have any major advances over the 503 or is there anything it lacks compared to the 503/
    Joe, MAW etc, your thoughts?

    Regards
    John

The new one is better. It has some adjustments in menu's that allow guys like me to get an even more accurate image out of them compared to older version. They also have ability to turn off their frame rate conversion which means you can feed 50Hz and 60Hz native resolutions to the thing and it will not try to turn it back to 70Hz (whch can add judder and tearing at times)

    I like them.

    Hi Gordon
Thanks for the reply. Lucky you replied as I was going to post a seperate thread on this forum (couldn't find the appropriate one), to ask you if you knew anyone down here that performed the ISF calibration that you do?

    Cheers
    John
