I have noticed that you can buy both an undermount (£200), and side speakers (£200) seperately so it will function like a normal t.v, will i need to get both of these or just say for example the side mount ones? let me know thanks. p.s i have a surround sound system linked to my dvd player, but dont really like watching normal tv through it, so thats why i need to know thanks.

If you don't want to use your surround speakers, then yes.

Make sure your aerial is as good as it can be, though, unless you have Sky. I fear the screen won't be very forgiving of a poor reception. I've just spent £250 upgrading my aerial, ready for delivery of the 436 in the next couple of weeks, which is perhaps a bit OTT, but I've got full signal strength on every freeview channel now (or at least according to my current set top box). Before I upgraded, the aerial was rubbish - channel 4 was so pixelated it was unwatchable and bbc4 was non existent. But now the 436 should get a very good feed.

The undermount speakers look great, no gaps, not available on the 506 though.
