    Hello,

The computer I have just ordered comes bundled with Pinnacle studio SE.

For an extra £20 you can upgrade to the " full version ".

Does anyone know the difference between the full version and the SE version?

Is it worth shelling out the extra?

    Thanks.

You can alter colour and contrast on the timeline, not just on capture, you can seperate audio and video more easily, a lot of the transitions are unlocked.

pinnacle studio is a video, not a photo application

So, would you say for a beginner in video editing that the bundled SE version would be sufficient? Or is it too stripped out of features to be worthwhile using?

    Cheers....

I'd start using it and see how you get on, I reckon it'd do what 9 folk out of 10 want. If you wanted something more I'd spend a bit more money and buy Adobe Premiere Elements.
