picture quality

I have a panasonic th37px60,
the picture is just great and had no problems with it since purchase 2 years ago, But can anyone explain why the pictures on one particular programe
" CIS Miami" are so deep in colour and so clear compared to any other programe I watch, I wish all programes where so good a picture, is it the way it is filmed im the USA? I am sorry if this question has been asked before,

Yes we all notice this, Miami has been "themed" this way i.e. to have deep vibrant colours and you notice in support of this that most of the action takes place during the day. Additionally as it's filmed in HD and Channel 5 are usually pretty good with their high profile broadcasts putting out high bitrate transmissions which help us get the most out of our equipment even though it's not an HD channel.
