I have a big center speaker on top of my tv and everytime there comes a strong bass signal from it the picture flickers. I read in some post here that someone had a similar problem from a Tosh TV I think. Is the flicker from the vibration itself or from some magnetic field from the sub in my center channel speaker.(it´s a definitive technology c/l/r 2300 with inbuilt sub). I was thinking of putting the speaker on a little tv shelf stand just above the tv, but that would only work if the flicker is from the vibration, not a magnetic field of some sort.

I used to have a JVC AV28R25 which had a built-in 40W RMS sub-woofer that was positioned at the top of the TV. When there was strong bass and the volume was up high it used to make the image shimmy a little. I always presumed that this was from the vibration itself.
