    Hi there

I'm having a lot of reception problems on C4 via my Sky plus box.......no other channels are affected at all.

Every few seconds major pixelisation, and eventual freeze...switch to another channel and no probs at all....back to C4 same problem

Any ideas anyone....the cricket starts Thursday !!!!!!

Theres a big thread about this over at digitalspy. Until Sky sort it you need to view channel 964 (much better but not perfect).

    Hope this helps !

I get big blocks of picture and loss of sound temporarily. Is it from Outside broadcasts when you get it - or also when watching general programs ?
Rang up Sky and told me to do the usual - switch off, disconnect and re-connect - still happens occasionally.
I will let you know if it continues to happen.

Yep picture breakup, sound dropouts & freezing. It happens on all programmes. Ring Sky again & tell them it is not just you, theres loads if us, point them to the long thread on DigitalSpy & they might actually do something !

    Good luck !

It's nothing to do with Sky - it's a Channel 4 problem, you need to ring them.
