Just to let you guys know Photobox currently have an offer on for poster size 20"x16" (A2) and 30"x20" photgraphic prints for just £5.99 each. They are usually 14 and 19 quid respectively. Postage and Packing is £1.50 (not per item)

Offer runs out on the 15th June. I must find a worthy shot to give it a try. 30" by 20" is huge !

Think I've got a nice 10 shot panorama sitting around somewhere to give that a go....!!

Think 30x20 might be stretching a 4MPix photo quality wise otherwise!!

based on the longest dimension. Photobox say for 30x20..

1500 pixels minimum and 3000+ pixels recommended

Their upload page is really good for indicating the 'quality' of the output based on the image you send them.

Scanning negatives from the film SLR gets nice big images. My digital snapper would be no good either !

yep........ only problem is choosing the shots. Find yourself being really critical when something is going to be blown up so big !

Don't photograph the killer, he's probably highly dangerous and would be capable of anything to avoid getting caught  Photograph a daisy instead...much safer :)

Hoho! You should be on the stage.............

    ................sweeping it ! :D

Photos arrived. Really fantastic. As an experiment I even did some from my lowly 2.1 Mega pixel camera. shots are only 1600x1200 and still came out far far better than I imagined.

    Good job Photobox !

Yee haa! I just received mine this morning! I took a photo (attached) at the recent Motor Show in the Kings Hall, Belfast! I have just got my 20D a few weeks ago so I didnt have that 'killer' shot, but like Geordie Jester, at least I know now what its like!

Really really happy with quality from a £100 28-135 Sigma Macro Lens!!!!!!

    Bring on more deals Photobox!!!!
