Photo Storage Device with RAW Viewer

All, I am looking at photo storage devices which allow me to backup my photos when travelling however, I would like to be able to view them on the device. I take all my photos in Nikon RAW format. I was quite keen on the Archos 5 but then realised it does not let you view RAW files. Any recommendations? My budget is £200. I have got a 8GB and 4x4GB Compact Flash cards so may be that is the only answer. TIA.

Im not sure any storage devices allow RAW (but I stand to be corrected), too many variations from different manufacturers. Your best bet would be a netbook.

or you could shot RAW+jpg

or you could just buy a basic netbook and a cf card reader and use picasa or something as a raw viewer.

even the image you see on the back lcd of your dslr is not a 'raw' image but a processed one, not the basic raw per se
