I am due to receive my 1st digital camera, a Sony P12 which comes with the Sony Pixella software, is this any good or is it worthwhile going for something like the Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0?

Would appreciate any advice/comments

Thanks Guys

adobe will be much better, though it may be a little advanced for you. You can get a 30 day trial from Adobes website. If you find it too advanced. Go for photosuite5. I have it, and it's been great for me. I'm now getting adobe

Photoshop Album 2 is very user friendly (even for a beginner)! Have used a few alternatives but find this program the best available-go for it!!

I believe that the editing features with Photoshop Album are limited. Depending on how much you want to edit the pics you might be better getting Adobe Photoshop Elements as this is a more powerful photo editing suite for manipulating your photos.

Mark.

Try PS Elements, it is straightforward and a good stepping stone to PSXX.........

Best regards David
