Have got a pair of meridian 557 power amps which has XLR inputs, but my KAVC-1SE only supports phono output stage.

Does anyone know if a cable is available with phono plug one end and XLR the other? ie unbalanced to balanced. My pair of KEF AV1 subs also have XLR inputs/outputs.

Do I just go the whole hog and get a MC12 with XLR's. (joke can't afford one yet, but do plan to go pre/pro).

    Rgds

Yes any good quality cable manufacturer will make you a unbalanced-balanced.
    I've seen Tag advertising this.

Why not just make one yourself?
