I am trying to connect a standard phono jack to the standard speaker outputs(red black) from my yamaha rx750 amp. This is required to allow my amp to drive my Loewe TVs speakers as my central speaker. They have a product specific 9 pin adapter at the TV end with a phono at the input end. I amongst others on AV forums are looking for a suitable adapter- Any Luck?

Are you sure that your TV speaker is able to handle the power output of the Yamaha ?

    Shuggy,

I've got some phono sockets with short flying leads that you could connect to the Yammys output terminals.

Nothing fancy, but I'd be happy to post you one if you PM me your address.

    Rated audio power 2 x 15 Watt / 6 Ohm
    Audio music output 2 x 40 Watt / 6 Ohm
    Speakers 2 closed boxes
    Tweeter 2 x 20 mm
    Bass 2 x 75 mm

Does that sound incompatible with a 100w output yamaha 750?

    Hi arin,

Have replied to your other thread. I'm not sure that this is what you need.
