Phono to 3.5 adaptor

Is it possible to convert a phono line to a 3.5mm jack, the same as pc speakers use? An adaptor that takes left and right phono (female) and outputs via a 3.5mm female jack would be perfect. Or is there another option available?

-------

q2. A female 3.5mm jack adaptor, female to female. How does the signal direction travel? I'm thinking of using this in an xbox in conjunction with pc speakers.

Don't know of a phono to female adapter but you can find a phono to male 3.5mm here:-
http://www.keene.co.uk/cgi-bin/codesearch.pl?KA134
or go to www.maplin.co.uk and search for product code JK14Q
then you'll have to use a female to female adapter to connect to your speakers.

Q2 - If you mean the 'back to back' inline adapter like this :-
http://www.maplin.co.uk/media/largeimages/1213i0.jpg
then signals pass either way they are not directional

Crazy clock on this board - says I answered your question 2½ hours before you asked it !!!!
