    Hi all,

I will be upgrading my phone in the next couple of months and was wondering what choices I have (or will have in the next couple of months) of phones with the following:
    - MP3 Ringtones
    - Able to sync with outlook (as I have my contacts on there at the moment).

I currently have an SPV E200, so I suppose the obvious choice would be another smartphone (c500, mpx 220?), but am interested in what else is (will be) available (non-smartphone).

I have previously owned an XDA and found it too big so they will also be out....

    Cheers

I posted up a question similar to yours on a different forum. I was trying to find a bit of kit that was first and foremost a phone, with PDA bits added on, in a phone-sized package. After getting royally fed up with waiting for the MPX220 to come out, I ended up looking at the XDA, but the size bothered me (as I would still like to look relatively cool when using it as a phone! :) ).

I believe that many phones out there will sync with outlook, but I got so fed up with trying to get sensible information out of the highstreet store staff that I decided to be 100% sure I had to get something that ran Windows Mobile and Pocket Outlook - no messing around.

Anyway, to cut a long story short I have literally just (and I mean it hasn't even arrived yet) ordered an I-mate JAM from www.phones2Udirect.co.uk

I know its still a smartphone, but it's well worth a look in my opinion as it has most of the power of an XDA in a small size (108x58x18mm).

You would notice a huge difference between your current phone and the C500. I have just got it and it is the best phone I have ever had, and small too.

    Cheers Chris,

I do like the C500, and the fact it is smaller than my E200 is good as well.

I do also like the fact I can watch movies etc on my phone (and also the C500), but I am also interested in what else is out there.

TBH I like the V3 as well, but the fact it doesn't sync with outlook makes it a no-no.

    Thanks again Chris

I read through the thread in this forum on the V3 and I couldn't find anything about it synching with outlook.....

I stand corrected.....V3 added to the list....oh, and I love the look of this phone :smashin:
