phishing filter

    Is it my set up or what but ever since this new i/e7 With the Phishing filter enabled my computer very slow. Do you you all turn the filter of?.

    yes ive disabled it in the advanced setting in internet options,it was causing my cpu to sit at around 45-50% usage,plus it did seems to speed up things after.

    If you think your an experience enough user, then go ahead and disable it. I've have it set to off, so that I can check dodgy sites manually.

    I've been using an Anti-Phising Toolbar on Firefox for the last 9 months with no noticeable speed difference, if you fancy swapping browsers.
