Can anyone check if your smart tv is connected to the Philips server?
Is this the problem when the TV seems to reset itself mid-movie when watching Amazon/Netfllix?
There's been a few times when we've been watching a movie and the TV's gone back and looked like it was resetting and we got a message saying connect to the internet.
It's happened 3 or 4 times in the last week or so and is very frustrating when we've only had the TV for 2 weeks (50" 6272)
I’ve given up on the tv apps, as I use Xbox One X for apps instead.
Not had that problem specifically. I’ll try some apps tomorrow for you.
