Hi all, I'm hoping somenone can help me with a problem on this set. The top half inch of the screen seems to have gone out of geometry in a pyramid fashion, i.e. the top left and right of the screen slopes towards the middle, reducing as it reaches the centre. It's quite annoying, now I know it's there, as all vertical images kink at the top of the screen. Is this fixable or will an engineer need to be called out, any help would be gratefully received.

I suspect the model no is incorrect and it is a 32PW9525.
Have a look on the rear label and report back with the chassis type...it will be either an MG7.1E AA or MG3.1E printed on the label...there are two different chassis fitted to this model.

Your right the model number is 32PW9525. The chassis number is MG3.1E.
