    I am finally going splash some cash on a serios all in one remote and it looks most likely to be a Pronto RU950, but I have seen TSU3000's advertised at much lower prices in fleabay.

    Any opinions on any differneces between the models and which I should go for, or any other opinions on the product much appreciated.

    The main difference is the internal IR database from what I can remember. It's been a while since I bought my Pronto 950 and I've forgotten most of my research into both now. U could try asking on the Remote Central forum.

    I have looked into this as well.

    My findings.

    There's of cource the issue with voltage difference. The US uses 120 V 60Hz.
    But that can be converted.
    It seems that a 3000 fits into a 950 cradle.

    The RF function operates on a different frequency.
    US = 418 and Europe = 433 Mhz.
    This is not a problem if you use the pronto remote extender form the US to convert you RF to IR but you cannot control X10 appliances because of the frequencies.
