With no ITV digital help desk to ask and a Philips website that is down more often than it is up I am hoping that someone out there knows the default code for the parental lock. I know its something easy but I cant remember it (I have never set it so it is still the factory setting).

I'm not sure if this will be of any help but when my Philips box decided I couldn't store channels any more without a PIN I called CS and they advised me to use some numbers from the viewing card. Snag is I'm not sure which numbers!

ISTR that it was the four numbers one in from the end. So if the card is say 12345678 then the PIN will be 4567.

Try it for each series, it may have been two in from the end!
