I'm thinking a jumping on the DVD recording wagon.

I'm considering the 880 (mainly on price) but also because of the compatability of the +RW disc with other players. I don't need timeslip as I have Sky+. And I don't have the camcorder so don't need i.link.

I do have one question. Does anyone know if the 880 can record NTSC? As I have a couple of NTSC tape I will what to put onto disc.

    Thanks,
    Too Tall.

My 890 will record NTSC but you cannot mix with PAL on the same disc. So make sure the disc is either blank before you start or one with some of the NTSC footage on.
Also bear in mind prerecorded movies may have Macrovision.
