Philips DVD-763SA or SONY DVP-NS705

After my research on the best DVD Player choice at approximately £150 I decided to buy Philips DVD-763SA or SONY DVP-NS705. But now I am stuck. Any suggestions on which of the two is the best one and why?

I thought the 705 was an old model, check out the 730, good reviews from owners on this forum, does dual prog scan.
