Philips customer care and new P+2

Having recently emailed this link with a explination of my enquiry

to Philips customer care looking for some more information I recieved the following message :-

Dear Mr XXX

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

In order to enable us to investigate your query we must request that
you supply the model number of your equipment and any information you
feel may be of assistance.

Thank you for the link. It was good new for me as I have been anxiously waiting for the latest Pixel Plus televisions. I am just hoping one of the CRTs is a 36" model.

The email is laughable and has no relevance to your enquiry!

Heres the latest responce to my feedback from the first reply from Philips. I asked them to look at the link again

With regards to your query we can advise that Philips are unable to
establish what type of TV you are enquiring about without a model
number.

Philips had opened the link but were unable to say which model of TV
is displayed just by a picture.

We trust that the information provided will be of assistance and
should you require further advice please do not hesitate to contact us
again quoting your customer reference number 50-25433316.
