Philips Ambilight 70PUS7855/12 70 Ghosting Issue

Hi I have recently bought a Philips Ambilight 70PUS7855/12 70 and It appears to be what I believe you call Ghosting...

In the top right corner there is a squiggly line box appearing and every 10 or so seconds it seems to wobble... when the tv comes on it appears to ghost... but this appears to be this box appearing and wobbling as the cause...

can anybody help me with this...
