Hi all only noticed this this morning had the TV for about 2 months hooked up to all my ambilights/strips in the front room. Haven’t noticed it before as I tend to sit to the right hand side of the TV

Please see the black banding on the left hand side as per pics. I have tested other channels and deffo a label issue

    1. Is this common ?
    2. Common in these models?
    3. Bought direct from amazon so assume I would get a replacement ?

    Any Sterling advice is welcome.

I have a slight darkness towards both edges of my screen 50 version, but not that dark, almost looks like shadow left from when you close the side menu.

If your system is up to date, you could try doing a factory reset, noting what picture settings you have.

When you change the volume that area darkens and then disappears after a few seconds.Only sometimes it remains, I get it myself sometimes.
I find changing inputs and then back usually clears it
