Have recently bougth a 963sa, it's playing fine but..

Pressing the "sound mode" button on this player feels realy as pressing a button, however pressing the "audio direct" button is not feeling right, not as if pressing a button. I find it hard to tell blindly if I pressed that button or not. I always have to look if the blue light is on.
Is this normal for this player?

Yes, that the same on mine. There is no tactile feel on the button, and you only know you've activated audio direct by the blue light.
