    I am from Spain.

I´ve bought last week a Philisps 32pw9527. The tube is from Philips, not is a Pana tube, becaus it have not the two points on both sides of the screen.

The image quality is very good.

    Sorry my poor english.

If it has dots on either side of the screen, it is a Panasonic tube.

The sticker with the Philips logo is not the tube sticker but the chassis sticker. It contains information for service technicians. Normally it is stuck on the opposite side of the tube funnel, but Philips are now sticking it on top of the tube sticker to hide the Panasonic or MDDG logo thereon.

This 32pw9527.....has not the dots on both sides of the screen.

I think it is a philips tube.

Just 4 weeks ago I had a 32pw9617 Tv, and it has the Pana Tube, with two dots on both sides of the screen. The tube of this tv was broken, and I´ve changed it for the new 9527. I am very happy with the change, because it has a philips tube, and the NTSC DVDs I´ve seen looks very well. NTCS DVD´s with the 32pw9617 Tv had a very bad image.

Sorry, I misread your post :)

It is good to hear they are finally getting their own CRT's back into their sets. Perhaps I will look into getting a 32PW9527 to replace this awful 32PW9616 of mine.
