    Hi all...

right i'm going to get right to the point...
I recently got my 9618 replaced with a 32pw9509... this problem has happend 3 times now...
the only way i can describe it as a scrambled image....
If you look at this pic (NOTE: this is not my TV... i will upload actual pics of my tv, but what i saw on screen looked very similar to this!)
    http://ryoandr.free.fr/primary_tiling.jpg

Initially i thought it was a connection, but when it happened for the 3rd time I checked the side S-video input (xbox), scart 1 (DVD Player), Scart 2 in S-video mode (Digital) and normal antenna in (i.e. the normal tuned in channels) and they all looked like the image on the link... (note i have pictures on my phone of the different "scrambled" channels/inputs)

Has anyone ever heard of this problem, initially i though it may have just been a scart thing, but obviouslly not considering the fact the images was messed up on all connects including the antenna!!!!

Please help, or do you think i should just return my tv (Again!!!)

Thanking you all in advance for your response,

    B-man
