Question Philips 7304 reviews/experiences

I need help with a problem with my 43pus7304 it doesn't show any picture when tuned to Freeview channels 211 and 264. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this situation, I've looked at previous posts but nobody else seems to have had this problem.
