First posting and a regular reader who has bought products on the strength of member reviews and found this forum very helpful.
Had my Philips 42PFL7603D for just a couple of weeks and very impressed with overall performance until today. Updated software as per the user manual and unit refuses to reboot. I contacted Philips customer service and after a very brief conversation was told to contact the supplier and ask for a replacement!Does anyone know if this is an ongoing issue with this particular philips or am i just unlucky?
